Do you have difficulty controlling what you eat? You have no idea how much I can relate to this.
For as long as I can remember there would always be a diet posted on my refrigerator door at home. Unfulfilled, needles to say.
I would eat out of frustration… and then I would feel even more terrible and would fall into a vicious cycle which was almost impossible to break.
And look at me today: I feel comfortable with my weight, I exercise regularly and I even run marathons. In my consultations I have helped over 600 people attain personal, physical and emotional transformation.

We meet personally or remotely to chat about your objectives and background. I will also review your clinical history in the event additional medical conditions need to be considered.

App

I use DietPro, a specialized app where you can check your personalized diet plan, see the weekly recipes and menus and even download your grocery list.

Exercise

30 minutes a day will create the habit of physical activity. To accomplish this I devise a personalized exercise plan that you can maintain without suffering.

Support

We meet every other week to evaluate how you are doing and feeling. I am also available on WhatsApp to answer any day−to−day specific questions.
