Do you have difficulty controlling what you eat? You have no idea how much I can relate to this.
For as long as I can remember there would always be a diet posted on my refrigerator door at home. Unfulfilled, needles to say.
I would eat out of frustration… and then I would feel even more terrible and would fall into a vicious cycle which was almost impossible to break.
And look at me today: I feel comfortable with my weight, I exercise regularly and I even run marathons. In my consultations I have helped over 600 people attain personal, physical and emotional transformation.
How did I accomplish this? With commitment and responsibility.
Making the decision of loving myself and taking care of myself, starting with my body. Changing habits, little by little, reaffirming my decision to live with energy, vitality and fully.
